Relationship therapy for non-monogamy, polyamory, and those exploring what comes next.
Whether you are in a relationship, opening one up, or an individual looking to create more meaningful connections, you’re in the right spot. Bond & Bridge is a practice using Gottman Method Couples Therapy serving clients across California and New York through secure telehealth sessions.
Whether you are exploring opening or closing your relationship or healing from betrayal, relationship therapy can help make sense of the questions and uncertainty.
I’m Joey. I specialize in working with couples and individuals navigating non-traditional relationships: non-monogamy, poly, queer, and otherwise trying to figure out what’s next for them.
I don’t believe in one right way to love. Monogamy, non-monogamy, opening, closing: my job isn’t to tell you which one is correct. It’s to help you build the version that makes you both happy. What I know for sure is that if you stay curious and want to learn there’s a path forward. If that sounds like you, let’s set up a no charge, get to know you session.
